The milk thing is misleading - that's a logistics issue, because it can't get from the famers to the processors and distributors. I bet the same is true of much of the food. The vaccine thing is absolutely government-directed failure, though.

He doesn’t state that the food/milk issue isn’t a logistical issue. Just that the waste is happening while America’s people are hungry.
