Neither of those cards are directly oppressive to deck building and lineup building
The Quest Rogue nerf should have come with nerfs to a couple other cards like Patches and Arcanologist. Feels silly to let others go free

I think Patches forces any aggressive deck as long he is around to have either strong pirates or strong token support
