I think this is a reasonable card. Not a lot of ways to abuse discard outlets, this might be the first ‘discard’ card that actually has legitimacy beyond being an otherwise very strong card, eg Soulfire/Doomguard

I wish this was around before the rotation. I don't ever see quest lock being a thing, but discard lock is possible if they add another silverware golem type card. Overall it's very good for zoo though.
