Your misrepresenting his role, the da has power through choosing who gets punished and how, you want him to abandon that responsibility to stroke you punishment fetish. I'm thankful for his actions reducing mass incarceration in our town.

Yeah, chesa is destroying the community at a rate comparable to his predecessor GasCON. Prosecutors are not legislators, they are there to prosecute crimes and protect law-abiding communities You don't reduce crime by redefining what is criminal and failing to apply the law!
