I honestly view that as plausible. But I think it's plausible that carbon is responsible, too. Either way, the government should stay away.

I straddle the fence solely because any1 pushing tyranny in the name of a cause makes me think its manufactured. If the markets were allowed to be free, we would be able to solve the actual pollution problems they blame it on, and score a win-win. But alas, a girl can only dream
