  There is no way that this court can legally rule against all transgender people in this case. you can make a ruling "for all Americans " but you cannot legally make a ruling that says "for all tax payers except the following groups of people", that's not ethical or legal.

  The case before the court describes one situations in a complex of states on a spectrum. A transgender person that transitions on the job , you cannot make that all inclusive of all transgender people under the umbrella without it sounding like eugenics or delaying the country
