Yep. One of my kids has changed gender expression, identification, and pronouns several times. We’re here to support her as she navigates that, not to shame, reject, or deny who she is.

I wish that had been my experience as a child navigating gender. Unfortunately my parents never allowed for that but I am thankful to have the freedom to navigate my gender now as an adult.

Exactly. I just testified against a bill before the NH Children & Family Law Committee. NH HB 163 had 1 sponsor. An ignorant asshole repub who wants to categorize hormonal and surgical medical care for minors as child abuse. Hopefully ITL.

I never understood the argument against hormone blockers. If the kid decides they are trans, that helps them. If not, they can just go off them. No harm either way

Love this beyond words - from a mom of 10 and 13-year old boys. I love the conversations we have about their own and their friends' gender identities - I'm learning so much, and am so grateful that we have reached that point in our history where these conversations are happening
