I just walked down Newark Ave in Jersey City for the first time. What an incredible pedestrianization project. Great bollards too. Embarrassing we don’t have something this good in Manhattan.

If you get a car, you never want neighbors to get a car too. There is no infectious enthusiasm. They'll "take your spot" & cause traffic. The opposite is true of biking. You want *everyone* around you to get one. I love seeing parents on bikes & want the streets flooded by them.

This LinkNYC on 10th Avenue displayed the same advertisement for a (now canceled) HBO Max show for nearly a year. The ads are supposed to rotate every 15 seconds, but it broke and got stuck on this ad for Made For Love. After passing it for months, I decided to fix it.
