There are women that can run in super high heels. Her 1/2" heels are clearly not the problem.

1/2" heel? My wife & sisters are her age & older. Not moving that badly. My mother did@ 94.

You can look it up. I had to cut fall rates in a geriatric population, I know a bit about it.
