It is totally unfair to women athletes to have men who think they are women compete against them Where are the feminists on this? The International Olympic Committee just said they will allow men who think they are women compete against biological women This is a disgrace

Dissolve the separations by gender then, and just have a unified "best in the world." They want to pretend biological men can be women, so no reason to have gender separation.
