I have always believed the incumbents would bring home proportionality more than others.But with the problems of absolute power brings absolute problems. I am now in favor of term limits .

There should be productivity tiers. If you are truly successful at your job and not just lobbying to keep the position keep it! Success is something needed and experience being successful can be taught. If you are a Nancy so grossi. You would not be employed.
