Most of the times it's not the money that is needed to do great good things but a good genuine heart with a genuine purpose.....I think sci_hub might be proving that right! But the other current day retarded (may I use that) economic experts might sing a doom without revenue...!

While "retarded" is still valid medical terminology, nowadays it is preferred "intellectually disabled". Not only to avoid offending but because it's more technically correct. People with this conditions not necessarily have the mental age of a younger person.
