    Indivisibles in MN - time to call & , ask them to “vote against the motion to proceed on S.1” - no business should be considered until the Senate votes on the bipartisan bills passed by the House to reopen the government.

    YES. Time to take it up a notch. McConnell refuses to even allow a vote on the bipartisan House budget. Dems can grind Senate business to a near halt until he agrees to a vote. Next opportunity is Tuesday - ask your Senator to "vote against the motion to proceed on S.1"

    I've had 2 SEPs go through this week and the carriers are required to apply the subsidy on the 834 even if they haven't gotten the cash. I'm WAY more concerned about a backlog of income and immigration docs that are going to cause a problem if they aren't processed timely.

    Agreed. This isn’t business as usual. This is a crisis, a fundamental failure to govern, and Americans are suffering for it. The Senate should not take up any bills unrelated to reopening the government until lets us vote on exactly that.
