    Beatiful find on vitamin C in meat from 1941, discussing problems in the research leading to the mistaken idea that meat has no anti-scorbutic properties.

    hmmm, first I've heard of that .... have you ever seen this article, "The Value of Meat as an Antiscorbutic" -- Stefansson talking about "Vitamin P"

    I did a whole talk on why humans get from low carb what other animals need fasting to achieve (), but what I said *recently* was more specific to carnivory: when your diet includes inflammatory foods (even keto), you think fasting has special properties.

    I think too many people, in all business ventures, put off doing *anything* till they get that ideal amount of free time or money. Move forward with your dreams NOW. Don't discount small efforts. Even if it's an hour a week of brainstorming or taking a meeting, it's worth it.

    So interesting when talks about lung cancer among Chinese women who don’t smoke, but cook with seed oils. My wife recently had a good friend’s mother die of lung cancer and she never smoked. Everyone was so confused by it. People need to pay attention to this!

    Many plausible reasons why people like me, & others benefit from plant-free diets that go beyond advantages of "zero-carb." Meat is also free of defensive toxins and anti-nutrients that plants rely on to survive.

    Yes. Metabolic syndrome has been called a form of scurvy because of that. I wrote about it in this article:

    People eating SAD. Is it lack of veggies and fruit or the excess of glucose causing the problem? Glucose competes with VitC in some way?
