How is it worse, or how does one do that?

Meat industry: Causes massive amounts of environmental devastation with wide-reaching effects, in addition to killing lots of things. Necrophilia: *is icky* (this is assuming that consent has been given prior to death for one's body to be used for sex)

I'm still kind of confused. To me it seems like you're saying necrophilia is better only because it isn't connected to the evils of industry and capitalism. Is that accurate?

i would say not so much the industry and capitalism so much as specifically the killing of sentient beings for consumption necrophilia uses nothing that isn't already dead

note that i am fine with killing sentient beings for my consumption, i just acknowledge that it's ethically more problematic than perturbing some already dead flesh

I guess my thing is that you could use already dead flesh for eating, and you could kill something for to sex it. So either has the potential to be worse than the other

kinda, but those are edge cases; nobody wants meat that died on its own, so we don't harvest it that way, and in the second case the problem is murder, not necrophilia
