i feel like it'd be pouring gas on the fire to make anybody aware that i personally know a middle-aged normie coastal elite feminist woman who was monitoring incel forums nightly, building a huge narrative of othering and disgust, and ranting about them to her friends a year ago

my loathing for Movement Incels is vast, but i would still reflexively try to explain to her things about the human motivations underlying why they are the way they are, and i could feel her anger and suspicion of me being an outgroup apologist growing as i did so

Best state of affairs would be to render your opponents unnecessary, that is, to never have them pushed toward what you see as a wrong choice and thus they never become a faction

I really wish I could recall exactly how I dropped my "righteous angries feel good" conditioning. I did though. Righteous angries make me feel like shit. I would weaponize that if I could. Every righteous angry person should feel like shit until they chill out.

I think the dirty secret is that righteous anger actually DOES feel like shit for everyone. They're just conditioned to enjoy feeling bad.

Not sure how well my detached post-ironic commentating is serving me though. Would love to upgrade to enthusiastic participation.

Do not make the same foolish error as I did and try to migrate from honor to dignity but also maintain gainful employment without the benefit of tenure or sinecure. Apologies alternating with whining is the only way to go now, grandpa
