is this how it works for normies? I reach the point of emotional exhaustion within minutes. My twitter bubble is getting way too leaky actually and I'm overdue for a pruning because "outgroup badness" rage farming is becoming too much of the content in my feed.

honestly not having the bulk of my emotional energy sucked into ideological purity maintenance tasks like that is probably one of the main motivations dragging me away from tribalism
