incel pile-ons about male entitlement to women's bodies are strangely dependent on the female entitlement to me caring about them emotionally which, tbh, i dont

farming sympathy from the Incel Problem is dependent on leveraging patriarchal construction of the woman as a delicate flower to be protected even while decrying that construction, like bourgeois feminism always be up to

I have zero empathy for women as a class and it feels disingenuous to pretend I do. People I've befriended on the other hand are a much different story.

generally "caring about ___ as a class" manifests as caring about the effects being part of that class has on your friends

Is that even true? I can't know the particular sensitivities of women that I've never met, there's zero skin in the game.

let's look at this from a different angle: you post about male friendship a lot, so I assume you care about men as a class. How does this manifest if not as a concern for issues your friends face for being part of that class?

I don't see any inconsistency. I care about men because I am a guy, I have skin in the game. At no point am I suggesting women shouldn't do the same, I just feel it obvious that short of lived experience or some prior emotional investment in strangers are entitled to zero care

If some girl suggested male friendship were worthless I would consider that entirely consistent for someone who isn't a guy

you don't think it's weird at all that there's just this line there where guys are The Same Kind Of Thing As You and girls are Not The Same Kind Of Thing As You

Yes but in opposition to fostering some kind of damage to put on a good performance I consider it at least an acceptable oddity to entertain.
