neither one of those is the point. the 2nd amendment really is about resisting tyrannical government. krang is throwing shade cuz I guess his audience eats that up but he's not wrong about what the premise of 2A is.

that's true. I suspect the majority of gun sales are to "cuz I like it" hobbyists. I also suspect that the majority of guns are sold to people who already own guns, buying more guns. wish I was better at producing data on command :/
