the first was some kind of hovering camera drone that had a HAL 9000-like "eye", later on there was a giant fucking hovering spider, one or two other things i can't remember

As I've done more meditation practice, I've developed the ability to "eavesdrop" on my dreams as I'm falling asleep. It's not quite a visual hallucination but it's super freakin weird.

I once had something like this, with a big guy carrying a torch stood over my bed, wearing a facial expression that said "Oh fuck, he's woken up", then he was gone, which was the worst of it tbh because that was very confusing.
