since this conversation is happening im totally going to take advantage of y'alls knowledge. this is what im currently taking daily: Women's 1 a day Omega 3 1200mg epa & 900 mg DHA x2 1500mg glucosamine/1200mg chondrotin/1000mg msm x2 10kIU vit D x1 Thoughts/opinions plz

The D is good, though you might be able to stage down to 5000 IU after a while (even assuming inadequate sunlight synthesis, I... think). The 1 a day is good. The omega is good (hard to get through other sources). do you have a compelling argument for the rest?

the glucosamine supp is for hereditary bad joints, recommended to me by my dr and the physical therapist i was referred to

then it is probably good to keep taking it. If that is all your supplements, then yeah, aside from maybe taking sliiightly less D vitamin after a while, you should be fine.
