am i the only one who thinks that referring to languages with no static typing and strong dynamic typing as having 'weak typing' and referring to languages with strong static typing and no dynamic typing as having 'strong typing' is weird

it's not uniform, you're just creating a dichotomy out of one particular use of the words Also, types don't exist at runtime - by definition. The stuff at runtime is tags and has nothing to do with types or "typing."
