(epistemic status: I am not a doctor) have you tried Semax? It elevates levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor. It's extensively used/studied in Russia and also used in a diluted form as a nootropic. I've had good results with it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Semax

I got mine from ceretropic using ETH, which at least has a reasonable transaction overhead as compared to BTC

i guess ceretropic has enough reputation that i probably shouldn't judge it the same way as the very first bitcoin-or-wire-transfer merchant i encountered, which was offering Antminer S9s for $1799
