Obviously there's nothing radical or liberating about a school/group-home that parents put their kids in without consent, but that's a society-wide problem. I'm sure you've worked at places that are not 100% in line with your values.

I never saw any such abuses, just the controlled use of aversive reinforcement in very specific contexts. And you have to remember that the vast majority are doing far worse by poisoning kids with psych meds.

this is mealy-mouthed horseshit. an example of "aversive reinforcement" would be giving someone a piece of candy for staying away from a stimulus. the word for causing pain or harm or any other undesirable stimulus isn't "reinforcement" of any kind, it is "punishment".
