"the oversupply of phytoestrogens that are in a lot of foods popular with vegans" 1. there are more phytoestrogens in chicken and beer than any vegan product 2. it takes an insane dose of phytoestrogen to act as an estrogen supplement, even then it's weak at best

the class of phytoestrogens found in beer are thousands of times more potent than the ones found in soy products so i expect the people concerned about soy to make more uproar about beer
