so, this kinda depends. if you need to maintain a caloric deficit low-fat products can be useful even if your overall diet is high % fat
-
I'm not keto by any means but I aim for moderate LCHF at a ~500 cal deficit from my maintenance, and low-fat yogurt is handy (not zero-fat)
-
okay, i can see it. i imagine we're not talking about low-fat full-sugar products?
-
though they are pretty great in their own way, how often do you get to see a reduction to absurdity physically instantiated
-
totally, I'm really just quibbling. and yeah I get the unsweetened versions :)
-
really i just want Trader Joe's to make a sugar-free/no-sugar-added version of their absolutely superb house yogurts
-
Have you tried Strauss yogurt? Not sure if that's just a Nor Cal thing
-
i have not! i will have to look around for it
