the point that they're stuck on is a disingenuous reading of my explaining the following
sometimes we call people "terf" when we just mean that they're a feminist who is fucking up on trans stuff
those people are not terfs in the classic sense, they aren't necessarily "radical"
when i use "aerf", i'm referencing the classic definition, because this stuff is originating from radfems and, well, terfs
anyway it's entirely likely that i'm actually losing friends over this, which is fucking absurd, but which i'm kind of used to by now
