Why the hell does the entire matrix of flexible-date flight pricing change by $200 when searched for at 6AM versus noon?

And I mean "fly any of these 5 days, return any of these 5" has a universal price of X when searched at 6AM and X+200 six hours later.

if you search for anything, then search it later with a data trail available to your first search, it is now more expensive

Doesn't explain it--the search was done yesterday too, and incognito not logged in doesn't show the cheaper prices either. But noted.
