I used to believe this but I got History'd and it looks like it's not true. Private property is only natural in Anglo-Saxons.
dunno if it's *that* unfair; keying on "property" sets an expectation of "do whatever you want", "usufruct" sets a different expectation

usually that's more focused on not fucking up the usufruct property itself, not other property, but it's not a far distance conceptually
