Paizo made Mythic tiers, they're a separate leveling scheme that sits on top of your regular levels. You can be, like, level 10, mythic 3

Mythic characters get mythic charges. action points basically but they also power mythic-tagged crap. it's just everything wrong with D&D3

Champions (the path for sword-swingers) can burn a charge to get an extra attack on their turn

Archmages (the path for wizards etc.) can burn a charge to cast an extra spell that doesn't use up a spell slot

That's both a free spell slot and a basically free action, it's an extra spell out of nowhere on your turn

Divine spellcasters get the extra spell but not the extra action and and I just don't know if they said fuck it to balance or what here
