reported it right, but sent the driver the wrong place. so i go to cancel. app develops sudden, intractable "connectivity problems". @Lyft
so i deleted Uber with the JFK scabbery and all, and started using @Lyft. on my fourth ride, the app got very confused about my location.

oops, can't cancel! but the billing screen for the ride i never took can come up fine. i keep getting "connectivity problem" popups.

up until i force quit the app and restart it, apparently clearing the spike
@Lyft threw in its own gears to stop me from cancelling a ride. -
i can't decide if i'm more offended
@Lyft would defraud customers that way or that they'd be so *bad* at it and expect me to believe it. -
oh well, i guess the search for a ride service that isn't scum has to continue on past

wish you had some of the alternatives we do. one of them lets you round up for a local charity
