So it wakes me up, and then when I try to use it again, it does it again. So I just can't use it.

The manufacturer confirmed that this happened. So I try to go to my medical supplier on Friday to get it fixed.

They won't do anything without a prescription that says "repair/replace" from my sleep doctor, and even then need an appointment.

They pencil me in for an appointment on Tuesday. I call my sleep doctor and ask them to fax over the prescription.

When I call back today to see if they've done so, they tell me their computer system is down. They can't access ANYTHING.

Additionally, they tell me that my machine is under warranty and my supplier should be able to replace it for me.

Anyway the sleep doctor's office says that they can give me a loaner machine for the time being and do the return instead.
