@unormal bug with A Call to Arms: if a non-controlled NPC kills the last templar the quest doesn't complete and just kind of hangs out

also, going back to a precog save during the quest results in a new wave of templars & EMPs, even if the previous wave still there

the very first time i did the quest it worked normally but i went back, i guess probably that did something bad to my zone cache
