@chaosprime Look, it seems fair to me. On one hand, censorship is avoided, on the other those who might be affected get fair warning.
@nullvoid9 that's handy. i can't imagine my rage at being required to label my work with this -ism or that at some rando's bidding, myself.

@chaosprime Far be it for me to tell you how to feel, but maybe it's something to think about. Is it really such a big deal? -
@nullvoid9 yes. it's the difference between being told your work is Wrong and Bad and being coerced into parroting the words yourself. -
@chaosprime It seems as if putting those labels would deter most comments of that nature, and if not, then there no diff. But fair warning. -
@nullvoid9 yeah, that's certainly beneficial if one agrees with everybody else about where the lines are drawn. -
@chaosprime Well, getting too restrictive abt or rejecting CWs all-together just to avoid this issue will end up hurting those who need it.

@chaosprime The way I see it, it's just a matter of taking others into consideration. They aren't asking me to censor content, just mark it. -
@nullvoid9 we really, truly believe now that the Tipper Gore PARENTAL ADVISORY: EXPLICIT LYRICS labels were *not* a censorship mechanism? -
@chaosprime It was intended as such, but come on: it ended up being a "come on" to those looking for something edgy.
