Since this is up on twitter again: Non-disclosure of trans*/genderqueer status in a relationship is not rape.
@Keffy Actual question: is there anything non-disclosure of which invalidates sexual consent (presumably on basis of *informed* consent)?

@Keffy STI status would seem to be up there. I think the consensus is that people are entitled to that information. -
@chaosprime Oh. Well, yes. But that's also a health risk and really not the same as being trans. Ppl don't catch gender dysphoria.
