Even with a book I'm enjoying a lot, my interest takes a big hit if I'm told that I'll have to read some big crossover to follow its story.
@KurtBusiek Just make up what you think probably happened in the big crossover. Pretty much guarantee your version will be better.

@KurtBusiek Mmm, now that's a conundrum. I recommend reading the story you're interested in and hypothesizing the one you aren't, I spose. -
