this terrible equilibrium has roots so far back; it's hard to really blame either side if you look at the concrete problems that kicked it off, they are more intelligently solved by government regulation, which is ALSO demonized pick one: -regulations -unions -workplace death

If Capitalism can't make Unions useless it's a bit of a let down really. Similarly if Unions didn't insist on involving themselves in shit well outside their scope they'd probably last longer.
