i don't blame people for their attachment to the concept of free will, since their having said attachment was deterministic anyway

if I knew the complete answer to that I'd be a weakly god-like being it's a will because we're a distributed consciousness and I've had experiences that lead me to believe that standard understanding of causality don't play by the proverbial rules it's free because I say so

okay, fair i mean, things proceeding on a disjunct timelike metric from your timelike metric probably look pretty free idk maybe that's actually exactly what people mean, caused but on a different causal chain sure, that might be a thing
