is there a whole list of contra-affective Aristotelian virtues somewhere like courage is right action in the presence of fear, temperance is right action in the presence of anger, tolerance is right action in the presence of disgust
apparently i would go further than DBT and assert that there are no incorrect emotions, only incorrect interpretations and maladaptive actions, but yeah, sounds fairly cool

They talk about the interpretations a lot too. I think you'd like it a great deal. Some variations have language I found patronizing, I'll warn. I've seen material calling itself DBT that asserts the old Western nonsense that reason is superior and should rule over emotion.
