annoying part is that zero-cal sweeteners are, at least for a long time, gonna send your body into storage mode and thereby frantic calorie debt, so you'll either eat or be considerably annoyed by having to constantly clamp down with your neocortex so as to not eat

been testing this by ceasing to put Splenda and stevia in my coffee results so far: don't feel as hangry between meals, weight loss process that had stalled seems to have restarted fairly dramatically
