Rust doesn't have classes but you just put your tests in the same module (namespace) as the code under test and only compile the test code if your test flag is set

.NET has an [InternalsVisibleTo] attribute. But really if you have something important to test that's buried in a class then that's a smell: you're likely violating SRP and should consider refactor/redesign.
