pretty cool how Sophocles wrote a play about how you should use allegory to keep from being understood by the people who'll murder you if they understand what you're saying, and the play was allegorical and most people don't understand it, and he died at the age of ninety-one

the legend of his death is that he died of the strain of reciting a particularly long line from Antigone without taking a breath
