It’s not that hard. You look at trajectory and analyze what they’re doing and what the likelihood of success is given what we know about humans in general and this person in particular.

I get that this doesn’t answer the question, but the question isn’t very good. The answer to this sort of thing is always, “Break it down and figure it out. It doesn’t make sense to tackle it on that general of a level.”
