Can be useful if there are different ways these utilities get supplied normally (e.g. different impls in different cases by a IOC framework, statics don’t have virtual dispatch)

Don’t like it generally, but I’ll admit doing by-the-numbers arch with it is easy and while things will be bloated and slow, not horrendously so, and they will stay maintainable by the same schema.
