they go stale really fast. baguette only suitable for sandwhich for the first 4 hours after coming out of the oven. usable for other things for another 12 hours after that, and is literally petrified after that.

it moderated some of the overall armor plate quality of the baguette but couldn't do much about the knife-like ridges, and it wasn't really a baguette baked with french dip in mind so it was kinda soggy and bleah
