In particular, the purpose of the system is what it accomplishes after it becomes stable. After all, if the owners didn't like the result they would vigorously try to change it, or at least abandon it.

Since schools have been subjected to such pressing threats these days, perhaps the most prudent course of action would be, for the sake of the children's Safety, to have them homeschooled instead.
