mouse acc is often partially OS-side configured, google starcraft windows mouse slider :) But to me it sounds like you have wireless interference or really fucked up surface. Try ensuring dongle is in LoS and that you are running on a good, HARD mousemat

then it's probably not feet, unless you were running it on rough wood or someshit. Try moving dongle to line of sight distance and within a small distance. Also try using a good mousing surface

I guess my diagnostic hypotheses remain unchanged much, except also try gently cleaning the lens (don't disassemble, just one of those air-blower electronic cleaning enemas and a bit of gentle cleaning, like you would do with a camera)
