Well sure I can parse it legitimately. But I also imagine that is what most ppl would say while holding views antithetical to the point you are making imo. Basically "Well ya, we should support everyone who doesn't want to be a Nazi." Aka, the best possible version.

My point is, the phrase will be interpreted correctly by those that already embody it's ethos, and interpreted incorrectly by those that don't. Thus it produces nothing I can discern, imo. (I'm dumb tho)
