I want to say that this is true or false, a good portion of cancer papers specially after STARD methods have much less of this problem, and also there are a lot that are ltierally worse than the qi paper because at least with that one replication can be attempted

No with the qi one someone had to run through like 20 references to get to a paper that described thr method, which was "PI took Perri dishes with cancer into a room closed the door and definitely focused his qi on them"
