An Eldritch Horror offers you The Power to cure all disease (including old age) in person of your choosing, but process works in a "take life to save life" manner and is all or nothing (can't kill someone "a wee little") Oh, and The Power must be used at least monthly OR ELSE

this is nearly the B5 episode Deathwalker, fwiw, upshot of which was "we will absolutely give Space Doctor Mengele anything she wants for the immortality drug that can only be made from natural human pituitary extract and will only be stopped by space gods blowing her up"
-
Yeah B5 had some Interesting Moral Take's that got resolved very conventionally, which reminds me of my stanning for living in Omelas as a way to point out the bullshit moral Kobayashi Maru nature of the entire thing

yeah I got my clauses mixed up, I think. all disease explicitly included aging, so your curees are deffo ageless, but I also thought 'it costs a life' and 'has to be done every month' applied to the curees, not to you, the giver of diseasefree agelessness
